Other Markets

Though all real estate markets move with the ebb and flow of the national economy, each city and region is affected in different ways. The selling price for Toronto lofts will be quite different from that of a Vancouver condo or Windsor townhouse. So, instead of looking at homes for sale in Milton, you may want to look into some of the brand new townhouses or condos that Windsor has to offer.

Comparatively, the next major urban centers still rate at much higher average sales prices compared to Windsor. Hamilton homes generally run about three hundred thousand dollars while homes in Toronto or at 77 Carlton can range anywhere between five to eight hundred thousand dollars. When you really consider your options, a home in Windsor can be cheaper than many other cities in the province and you will have the perk of living just minutes away from the border!
